If the house is owned by the husband, the wife has no right to demand that the husband's brothers be expelled from it. The wife is considered disobedient (nashiz) by her disobedience to her husband, closing her room, and refusing to speak to him or care for him. It is forbidden for her to refuse her husband's bed, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses to come, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning," and he said: "If a man calls his wife for his need, she should come to him even if she is on the oven." It is advisable to handle the matter with wisdom.
