Do the angels curse a wife who asked her husband's brother to leave her house, and is her action correct?

It is the right of the wife upon her husband to provide her with a suitable independent dwelling where she will not be subjected to harm. The husband does not have the right to compel her to live with any of his family members in a shared dwelling except with her consent. As for living with the husband's brother in shared facilities, it is not permissible শরعًا (Islamically), whether the wife consents or not. Your refusal for your husband's brother to stay with you in the house is a correct action that conforms to Islamic law. Your husband's anger at you because of this refusal is an unjust anger, and there is no sin upon you, nor will the threat mentioned for one who abandons her husband's bed apply to you. You should come to an understanding with your husband and clarify the impermissibility of his brother staying in the house in a manner that leads to impermissible seclusion (khalwa) or suspicious mixing.
