What is the ruling on designing an electronic news website and broadcasting news on it taken from Muslim and Western websites?

It is permissible to design a website for publishing news that is permissible (mubah) and recommended (mustahabb), because means take the rulings of their ends. If the website is for publishing what is not permissible, such as indecencies, falsehoods, or lies, then it is not permissible.
