What is the ruling on creating a global website in multiple languages with the aim of profiting from it, that transmits news from other news websites, given the difficulty of verifying whether publishing the news is permissible according to Sharia, or knowing whether it will cause harm to its reader, or aid in a sin?

If it is highly probable that the site will contain false and biased news promoting legally forbidden acts, and its content cannot be controlled or reviewed according to Sharia guidelines, then it is not permissible to create it. However, if its content can be controlled and restricted to what is permissible to publish, then there is no objection to creating it.
