Warning a person who opens bad websites is important. As for publicizing these websites with the intention of warning against them, it is better to avoid doing so, lest it tempt the weak-minded. Scholars must warn against legal transgressions and clarify the truth. And whoever creates a website containing legal transgressions, and then others publicize it, there is concern that he may bear the sin of those who followed him.
