How can a man take back his wife after divorcing her with one pronouncement, and then five more pronouncements in a fit of anger, knowing that he follows the Hanafi school of thought?

Scholars have differed concerning the pronouncement of three divorces in a single utterance. The majority of jurists hold that this constitutes three divorces, and the woman becomes irrevocably divorced (baynunah kubra). Others, however, are of the view that it constitutes a single divorce. This issue is subject to strong disagreement, hence it is advisable to consult the Sharia court in the country to act according to its ruling. A Muslim must be wary of anger and avoid using divorce pronouncements as a means to solve problems. Moreover, pronouncing more than one divorce in a single utterance is not legislated.
