What is the share of each of the two daughters, the wife, the full brother, and the two full sisters from the estate of a man who died and left them behind?
If the deceased's heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the daughters, the wife, and the siblings who passed away after him are the inheritors. The share of each of them is:
For the two daughters: Two-thirds by فرض (fixed share), based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, more than two, for them is two thirds of what he left." For the wife: One-eighth by فرض (fixed share), due to the presence of a lineal descendant (the two daughters), based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you left." For the siblings: What remains after the share of the daughters and the wife, with the male receiving double the share of the female by تعصيب (agnatic inheritance).
As for whoever died before the deceased, they do not inherit. It is recommended to refer inheritance matters to the courts to ensure the interests of the living and the deceased are met and to confirm the absence of any other heir, wills, or debts that take precedence over the inheritance.
