Is merely placing a disclaimer on the homepage of a website displaying drifting videos sufficient to disclaim responsibility and absolve the publisher of sin?

It has already been clarified that what is known as "tafheet" (drifting/reckless driving) is forbidden. Therefore, it is impermissible to display video clips of those who engage in it, as it contains elements of encouragement and enticement for young people. This falls under cooperating in sin and aggression. The observation that tafheet is harmful does not absolve one from sin. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The feet of a servant will not move on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about four things: about his life and how he spent it; about his knowledge and what he did with it; about his wealth, from where he acquired it and on what he spent it; and about his body, how he wore it out." Hence, you must utilize your knowledge in website design for what brings benefit and good, and what draws one closer to Allah.
