Does publishing the name of a clip, movie, or match in the hashtag #WatchingNow count as flaunting a sin? And is the tweeter sinful if others watch it without his recommendation?

A Muslim should utilize websites for what benefits him in his religion and his worldly life, and for spreading good therein, while being wary of what displeases Allah. This is because the one who guides to good is like the one who does it, and the one who guides to evil is like the one who does it. So, whoever publishes what pleases Allah, such as recitations [of the Quran] and da'wah (preaching) clips, will be rewarded. As for permissible content, there is no harm in it. However, publishing forbidden things such as lewd films and wanton songs, brings sin upon the doer and upon those who watch them. It is feared that publishing forbidden clips may be considered open defiance (mujaharah) of sin, as mentioned in the hadith: "All of my Ummah will be pardoned except those who commit sins openly."
