Does the continued problem of inability to eat after treatment for a stomach infection indicate an evil eye, and is it permissible to ask the maternal uncle and his family for their ablution water, or is it sufficient to pour their leftover ablution water and bathe with it?

Lack of appetite may be due to organic or psychological reasons that require consulting doctors. Accusing someone of having given the evil eye is not permissible based merely on suspicion. The legitimate Ruqyah (exorcism) through remembrance (dhikr) and supplication (du'a) is beneficial, by Allah's will, for all illnesses. The matter of the person who cast the evil eye requiring a bath applies to someone who is known or strongly believed to have afflicted another with the evil eye. This involves washing their limbs, the inside of their lower garment (izar), and their clothing, and not by taking their excretions or leftover drinks.
