Is it sufficient to wipe the ill person with water from the one who cast the evil eye due to the severity of his illness, or what must be done given his inability to bathe with it?

The scholars have not mentioned the sufficiency of wiping in lieu of washing, and there is nothing to prevent wiping. Ruqyah Shar'iyyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) can be performed, as it is beneficial.
