Is it permissible to use the ablution water of an evil-eyed person who does not pray or is an infidel to wash a sick person afflicted by the evil eye, and is intention required for that?

Guidance regarding the treatment of the evil eye (Ayn) involves taking the water used by the person who cast the evil eye (al-ʿāʾin) for ablution (wuḍūʾ) and then for the afflicted person (al-maṣāb) to bathe with it, as narrated in the Hadith of Sahl ibn Ḥunayf. The ablution of the person who cast the evil eye is not like the ritual ablution (wuḍūʾ sharʿī) performed to remove ritual impurity (rafʿ al-ḥadath), nor is intention (niyyah) a prerequisite for it. Its effect can be taken even without the knowledge of the person who cast the evil eye. The person who cast the evil eye can be compelled to bathe, and it is permissible to take the effect from the pure belongings of the person who cast the evil eye.
