The answer

Water is poured on the head of the person afflicted by the evil eye and as much of their body as possible from behind them. It is not necessary for them to be naked. It is sufficient to pour the water used for the washer's ritual bath (ghusl) on them. In the hadith, it is narrated that Amir ibn Rabiah washed his face, hands, elbows, knees, the tips of his feet, and the inside of his lower garment into a vessel. Then, that water was poured from behind on Sahl ibn Hanif's head and back, and then the vessel was emptied.
