Does the husband's repeated utterance of the phrase "You are divorced" in front of his wife, and then his saying to his daughters on the same day, "Your mother is divorced," constitute an irrevocable divorce after which he cannot take her back?

If the intention is to inform about a divorce that has already occurred concerning the mother, then no divorce results from the statement. If a husband divorced his wife twice, he can take her back as long as she is within her iddah (definition) (waiting period). Informing about a divorce, if it can be corrected by making it an information about a previous divorce, does not constitute a divorce. And whoever says "she is divorced," intending to inform about a previous divorce, then his intention is valid.
