Are there any Hadiths or verses that confirm that Allah commanded the Prophet to marry Aisha after a dream, and that she was six or seven years old at that time?

The dreams of Prophets are revelation, and their interpretation was his marriage to her. However, his marriage, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, was conducted by proposing to her father, Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, in the usual manner. As for his marriage that was contracted in the heavens, it was his marriage to Zaynab bint Jahsh, may Allah be pleased with her.
