Is a daughter considered undutiful to her father at this age—15 years—due to her abusive behavior and refusal to meet him, and what is the appropriate guidance for dealing with this situation?

If the daughter's misconduct is proven, then it is an act of disobedience (ʿuqūq) for which she incurs sin. This sin is removed from her through repentance and forgiveness.

We advise you with the following:

1. Increase your supplications for her guidance, as the supplication of a parent for their child is answered.

2. Counsel her and remind her of Allah. Perhaps the intervention of one of her friends would be more effective.

3. Strive to marry her to a righteous man who will remove her from her mother's environment and help you in reforming her. It is preferable that you search for a husband without her knowledge.

We remind you of the negative consequences of divorce on children, and that avoiding it and solving problems through other means is more appropriate.
