Is it permissible to consume something that contains pig gelatin or alcohol with wisdom?

Every food or drink mixed with pork or unfermented wine becomes impure (najis) and is forbidden to use, based on the words of the Almighty: ﴿Say, "I do not find within that which was revealed to me [anything] forbidden to one who eats it, except that it be a dead animal or blood spilled out or the flesh of swine — for indeed, it is defilement — or of disobedience, which was dedicated to other than Allah."﴾ [Al-An'am: 145]. The wisdom behind this prohibition is the presence of worldly or otherworldly harm.
