The answer

Consuming alcohol is forbidden in any form, whether in small or large quantities, pure or mixed with other substances. Alcohol is that which intoxicates the mind. Muslims have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of alcohol, even in small amounts, without restricting the prohibition to intoxication. Therefore, anything of which a large quantity intoxicates, then a small quantity of it is forbidden alcohol. If alcohol mixes with something permissible, it renders the permissible thing forbidden, and its drinker is subject to punishment even if they do not become intoxicated by it. Cooking does not affect the removal of its prohibition. The prohibition remains in mixed alcohol unless it is treated in such a way that no trace of it remains.
