The inheritance is divided into 24 shares: 6 for the husband, 12 for the daughter, two shares for each brother, and one share for each sister. If some of the brothers and sisters are full siblings and some are paternal, then the remainder goes to the full brother or sister. The maternal brother or sister does not inherit due to the presence of the daughter. Inheritance matters should be referred to the courts for investigation into any wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
