If a woman dies and leaves behind a husband, a daughter, and two full or paternal brothers and sisters, then the husband inherits one-quarter, the daughter inherits one-half, and the remainder is divided among the two brothers and two sisters, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 24 shares: 6 for the husband, 12 for the daughter, two shares for each brother, and one share for each sister. If some of the brothers and sisters are full siblings and some are paternal, then the remainder goes to the full brother or sister.
