The answer

To get rid of obsessive thoughts (), one must struggle against them and overcome them, while remembering that all of Allah's decrees for the believer are good, and that what Allah has ordained will inevitably come to pass. Allah is more merciful to His servants and more knowledgeable of their welfare. Having a good opinion of Him and relying on Him brings good and repels evil, and frequent contemplation of Allah's blessings reveals the magnitude of His mercy. These fears originate from Satan, so one must not pay attention to them and instead rely on Allah. It is also advisable to consult a trustworthy psychiatrist.
