Is jihad by word and clear exposition to disbelievers and wrongdoers considered admonition?

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.

Sincere advice (Naseeha) is the desire for good for the one being advised. The most important aspect of it is striving to guide them and clarify the truth. Sincere advice includes advising disbelievers and transgressors, as the prophets Noah, Hud, Salih, and Shu'ayb did with their peoples. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that "Religion is sincere advice" — to Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims, and to their common folk. He also stated that advising every Muslim is among the pillars of the pledge of allegiance, along with establishing prayer and paying zakat.
