The fatwa regarding the appearance of unveiled women on satellite channels, under the pretext of necessity, facilitation, and gradualism, is, in our view, incorrect due to the absence of such necessity. What they possess [in terms of knowledge or benefit] can be utilized through phone calls. Furthermore, the statement that an unveiled woman "is neither adorned nor vulgar" is contradictory, for an unveiled woman is indeed adorned (mutabarrijah).
