What do we say to someone who believes in superstitions, such as the left eyelid twitching being a sign of bad news and the right eyelid twitching being a sign of good news?

This has no basis in Sharia, and it is built upon delusions and superstitions. Whatever is like that is false and has no foundation in truth. However, a good omen is originally sought after and desired in Sharia.
