Is it permissible for a Muslim student studying medicine in a Christian country to break their fast in Ramadan, given their need for effort and energy during their academic day, on the condition that they make up the missed days after Ramadan during the holiday?

Allah has permitted not fasting for the sick, the traveler, the pregnant and breastfeeding women if they fear harm, and elderly men and women who are unable to fast. Studying is not a reason to break the fast, but it is permissible for one who fears perishing from hunger or thirst to break their fast, and they must make up the days after Ramadan, because preserving life is an obligation.
