What is the blood that came out of a pregnant woman in her third month, resembling menstrual blood in color and smell, what is the ruling on her prayer, is it permissible to have intercourse with her, and is her pregnancy confirmed with the presence of this blood?

If a woman knows that she is pregnant, then the blood she sees is blood of fasad (irregular bleeding), not menstruation, because a pregnant woman does not menstruate. Therefore, she prays, fasts, and her husband may approach her. If the bleeding continues throughout the prayer time, she should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray the fard (obligatory) and nawafil (supererogatory) prayers with this ablution until the time expires.
