The answer

The blood seen by a pregnant woman is considered irregular bleeding (istihada), as long as a miscarriage has not occurred and the blood is present while the pregnancy is stable. The pregnant woman should perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and she may pray the obligatory (fard) prayer and as many supererogatory (nafl) prayers as she wishes until that prayer time ends. If a miscarriage occurs after more than eighty days and human features are discernible, it is considered post-natal bleeding (nifas); otherwise, it is irregular bleeding (istihada).
