Is it permissible for a sick government employee with family burdens, who does not possess the full expenses for Hajj, to seek assistance to complete the Hajj expenses, and will the one who helps him be rewarded?

Hajj is not obligatory for the poor and incapable, as Allah the Almighty says: (And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka’bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one’s conveyance and provision) for it). If a benefactor donates the costs of Hajj to him and he performs it, it will be sufficient for him, and he will receive the reward, as will the helper. He should not ask people for money, and if they donate to him without him asking, he is not obliged to accept their donation, and he is not considered capable by that, according to the preponderant opinion, in order to preserve his dignity. Similarly, he is not obliged to earn money for Hajj, but if he does so, he will be rewarded.
