Is one who says "son of a bitch" to someone whose actions or intelligence he admires sinful?

If one is impressed by a person's intelligence or skill, they should say: "Masha'Allah, la quwwata illa billah (What Allah wills; there is no power except with Allah)" to protect them from the evil eye. They should not describe them as "walad " (an illegitimate child), as this involves slandering lineage. Nor should they describe them with cunning (makr), for cunning is a blameworthy trait. And they should not say to them: "You are intelligent" except by accompanying it with a prayer for blessing for them.
