Is one who says "son of a bitch" to someone whose actions or intelligence he admires sinful?

If one is impressed by a person's intelligence or skill, they should say: "Masha'Allah, la quwwata illa billah (What Allah wills; there is no power except with Allah)" to protect them from the evil eye. They should not describe them as "walad haram (definition)" (an illegitimate child), as this involves slandering lineage. Nor should they describe them with cunning (makr), for cunning is a blameworthy trait. And they should not say to them: "You are intelligent" except by accompanying it with a prayer for blessing for them.
