Is it permissible for someone who has committed fornication and repented to ask his friend to flog him a hundred lashes without anyone else knowing, for purification?

Adultery is a heinous sin and a major one among the great sins. Sincere repentance from it involves abandoning it, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. Whoever is afflicted by it must conceal themselves with Allah's cover and not inform anyone. The implementation of the hadd punishment for adultery is only carried out by the Imam of the Muslims or his representative. It is not permissible for a person to enable his friend to whip him, and purification from the crime of adultery is not achieved through this whipping.
