What is the ruling on paying for Umrah expenses using a credit card with the intention of repaying it in monthly installments?

The ruling on performing 'Umrah using a debit card follows the ruling on the card itself. If the card is interest-based (ribawi), then it is not permissible to withdraw money through it to perform 'Umrah. However, if it is free from শরী'আ-prohibited elements, then it is permissible to use it, while noting that if the issuing bank is interest-based, then it is not permissible to deal with it. Furthermore, incurring debt to perform the rituals is not obligatory, and it is better not to do so. Avoiding debt for voluntary rituals is preferable.
