Is it permissible to fast while traveling a distance of 122 km daily, when the journey is not arduous? And which is better: to seclude oneself (for worship) at the workplace, or with one's family and help one's wife?

A traveler is permitted to break their fast in Ramadan, but it is better for them to fast unless it causes hardship. It is better for you to stay with your family during the last ten nights of Ramadan to motivate them towards obedience and worship, following the guidance of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who used to awaken his family for worship. This is better than your solitary i'tikaf (seclusion for worship). You can take your family to perform Qiyam al-Layl (night prayers) or wake them for du'a (supplication) and reading the Quran. You may perform i'tikaf for some nights if you observe the uprightness of your household.
