Is it permissible for a driver who travels long distances (more than 200 or 300 km) and performs strenuous work, fearing that fatigue may lead to an accident, to break his fast in Ramadan? And is it permissible for him to feed a needy person for each day he breaks his fast, and what should he feed them?

It is permissible for a traveler on a permissible journey of approximately 83 kilometers to break their fast during obligatory fasting, whether they are a perpetual traveler or not. They must make up for the days they missed fasting. It is not permissible to delay making up these days until after the next Ramadan without a valid excuse; otherwise, they must feed a poor person for each day in addition to making up the fast.
