Is it permissible to sell a car, acquired through Islamic Murabaha, back to the same dealership from which the bank purchased the car, if this dealership offers the best price, after the car has become the property of the buyer?

It is permissible to sell the car to the dealership from which the bank bought it, unless there was a prior agreement between the buyer and the dealership to sell it to them after purchasing it from the bank, because such an agreement strengthens the suspicion of inah (a type of usurious transaction). However, if the dealership sold the car to the bank, and then the bank took possession of it and sold it to the buyer, and the buyer took full ownership of it, and then offered it for sale and the dealership bought it without a prior agreement, then that is permissible.
