Is it permissible to say, "Allah cared for such and such," or "He cared for Egypt, so He mentioned it in His Book"?

Ahlus-Sunnah (definition) affirm the names and attributes of Allah as they were revealed, without distortion or anthropomorphism. They deny concerning Him what He has denied concerning Himself, while affirming the perfection of its opposite. The names of Allah are tawqifiyyah (restricted to divine revelation), so it is not permissible to name Him except with what has been stated in the text, because the intellect cannot grasp such matters. The scope of informing about Allah is broader than that of names and attributes. What is used to inform about Him is not necessarily tawqifiyyah, such as "thing" and "existent," provided it is not negative. The phrase "Allah cared about such-and-such" means عناية (providential care), and it is permissible to use it as a form of informing if that care is established, such as His care in mentioning the prophets, unlike His care for Egypt, as His care for it is not established.
