Is it permissible to utilize usurious money for purposes other than food, drink, and clothing, such as upholstering a comforter or purchasing a mattress?

It is not permissible to benefit from usurious gains in any way. Rather, one must dispose of them by spending them on Muslim welfare projects and giving them to the poor and the needy. It is permissible for a poor, needy person to take from it according to their need, and it is not unlawful for them. Money should not be deposited in usurious banks except out of extreme necessity, such as for safekeeping when no Islamic alternative is available.
