How is the inheritance to be divided among eight sons and seven daughters, given that the estate consists of a three-story building, gold valued at forty thousand dollars, agricultural land measuring thirteen hectares, and twenty-five thousand dollars in cash?

If the heirs are limited to sons and daughters, the inheritance is divided among them by ta'sib (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The inheritance is divided into twenty-three shares: two shares for each son and one share for each daughter. This includes gold, money, land, and real estate. It must be noted that the division of inheritances is a serious and complex matter, and it should not be sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa (definition). Rather, it must be referred to Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
