The majority of scholars hold that if a man is forced into committing adultery, it is not permissible for him to do so, whether the coercion involves killing or anything else, and whether the woman is willing or unwilling. Coercion does not make it permissible for him.
However, some scholars are of the opinion that if a man is forced into committing adultery, it is permissible for him to do so if the coercion involves killing, the woman is willing, and she has no husband.
