What is the meaning of "O good tidings, this is a boy," and is "Bushra" a name or an indication of joy?

The preponderant view is that "bushra" (بشرى) in the verse signifies joy and delight, and is not a person's name. It was called out in the sense of "O joy, come, for this is the time of your presence," or "O my people, behold my good tidings." It was also said that it is a word for conveying good news, not for calling out. The statement that it is the name of its owner has been narrated from Al-Suddi, but it is not strong.
