Is the 'Umrah valid if non-sanguineous discharge appeared before the circumambulation (Tawaf), and then purification was performed, and the circumambulation and completion of the rituals took place, followed by the appearance of blood after exiting the state of Ihram?
Brown and yellowish discharges during the menstruation period are considered menstruation. If brownish or yellowish discharges occur during the menstrual period, then the circumambulation () that was performed is invalid according to the majority of scholars, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to Aisha: "Do what a pilgrim does, except that you do not circumambulate the House until you become pure." The of a menstruating woman is valid, and she must refrain from the prohibitions of Ihram. Then she comes to Mecca and performs the circumambulation of and the Sa'i, and then she exits the state of Ihram by shortening her hair. If she is unable to come to Mecca, her ruling is that of one who is prevented (Muhsar), so she sacrifices an animal and exits the state of Ihram. If she cannot do that, then she must fast for ten days. There is also an opinion among the Hanafis and a narration from Ahmad that purity for Tawaf is an obligation and not a condition, and it can be compensated for by sacrificing an animal in Mecca.
