2. The cost of dividing the inheritance is to be paid by the heirs, each according to their share.

3. Nothing from the inheritance may be sold without a power of attorney or permission from the heirs. If division becomes impossible, the matter should be referred to the Sharia court.

4. The division of the inheritance does not require the gathering of all heirs; those residing abroad can appoint someone they trust to receive their share.
