What is the ruling on describing creatures as "hideous" or people as "ugly," even though all of Allah's creation is beautiful?

The meaning of Allah's entire creation being good (hasan) is that it all stems from Allah Almighty's wisdom. Allah perfected everything He created, making it excellent and precise, even if some creatures are not inherently beautiful. Allah's creation of them is good because it aligns with the demands of wisdom. Creation, when attributed to Allah, is undoubtedly good. As for the created being, it may be beautiful or ugly, and there is no harm in describing a person as ugly if it is for the purpose of conveying information, provided one believes that Allah's creation of them is good, as it aligns with the demands of wisdom. However, it is not permissible to shame anyone for the ugliness of their appearance.
