Is it permissible to say, "Everything from Allah is beautiful and beneficial"?

All of Allah’s decrees are good, and evil is not attributed to Him. Everything that comes from Allah is beneficial and beautiful in its entirety. Even what appears to be evil, such as the decree of illness or the creation of Iblis, carries within it goodness and wisdom, either as a reward for the afflicted or as acts of worship beloved to Allah. Evil is not attributed to Allah due to the perfection of His mercy and wisdom. Evil lies in the exigencies of the decree, not in the decree itself, and it is not pure evil. Rather, it may be evil in one context and good in another, such as calamities that deter people from sins, and punishments that serve as expiations for sins and protection for society. Allah does not create pure evil in every respect; rather, everything He creates contains benefit and wisdom.
