Is it permissible to greet one's father's divorcée with "peace" (As-salamu alaykum)?

The father's or grandfather's wife is محرم (unmarriageable), whether she bore children or not, and whether the father or grandfather consummated the marriage with her or not, due to the Almighty's saying: (And do not marry those [women] whom your fathers married).
