What is the interpretation of Allah Almighty’s saying, "as if he were ascending into the sky," and does it mean that the disbeliever feels his chest is as if it is ascending into the sky?

Some who speak about scientific inimitability have mentioned that whoever ascends to the sky experiences a decrease in oxygen in the upper atmospheric layers, causing their chest to constrict for that reason. Thus, Allah Almighty likened the constriction of the disbeliever's chest to the state of one who has lost oxygen.
