What is the ruling on spending company money on food and drink for employees without the owner's knowledge, given that working hours are long and the questioner is the person in charge?

If spending money is not allowed according to the work system and its regulations, and it is not with the owner's consent, then it is not permissible, and it is considered consuming people's wealth unlawfully, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully." The one who does this must repent to Allah and return this money to their workplace.
