What is the ruling on taking food receipts from others to submit them to the company and obtain the money allocated for food and drink, keeping the remainder, knowing that the company takes the remaining amount if it is not fully spent on food and drink?

It is not permissible for an employee to save from the remaining amount after the actual expenses for food, drink, and accommodation if the company's rules stipulate its reimbursement. It is also not permissible to resort to fraudulent invoices, as this is considered illicitly consuming wealth and betraying trust, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, do not consume one another's possessions wrongfully," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
