Is cleansing the vulva with water from yellowish and brownish discharge at the end of the menstrual period considered purity, knowing that these discharges return shortly after douching, and is refraining from ghusl until seeing true purity – meaning the cleanliness of the vulva without douching – correct?

A woman knows she is pure by one of two signs: complete dryness of the area, or the emission of white discharge (al-qassah al-bayda'). Yellowish or brownish discharge (al-sufrah wa al-kudrah) at the end of the menstrual period is considered menstruation. It is not permissible to hasten ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) until their trace disappears or the white discharge appears. However, if yellowish or brownish discharge appears after seeing the usual sign of purity, it is not considered menstruation. Cleaning the private parts with water is not considered purity.
