What is the ruling on an imam who uses external loudspeakers for the mosque to broadcast the entire prayer, including the takbir, recitation, bowing, and prostration, to all residents of the city, including women in their homes, and is it permissible to recite loudly outside the mosque when there is cursing and swearing?

Transmitting the prayer via external loudspeakers is not required by Islamic law and may harm and disturb neighbors, whether they are sick, women, or reciters of the Quran, based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "And let not some of you raise your voices over others in reciting the Quran." The alleged benefit, such as waking up a sleeper, is inaccurate, and the harms resulting from it outweigh any potential benefit. Therefore, the Imam should not use them for prayer.
