Is it permissible to pray and recite the Qur'an using external loudspeakers, causing disturbance to others, especially if those who object to this are accused of disbelief?

A previous fatwa (definition) (No. 98646) clarified the impermissibility of raising the voice during prayer using external loudspeakers if it causes harm to Muslims, as well as the impermissibility of broadcasting the Quran via radio before Friday prayer or Fajr if it is for the purpose of worship or if it entails harm. The advice for the people of this mosque is to fear Allah the Almighty, refer to the words of the scholars, and beware of excommunicating Muslims and leveling false accusations.
