ما الفرق بين "والمستغفرين بالأسحار" و"بالأسحار هم يستغفرون"؟

Both verses commend seeking forgiveness at dawn. The difference between them lies in the word order, and whether a noun or a verb is used. In Surah Al Imran, the expression "the askers of forgiveness" (المستغفرين) is used, in the nominal form, to indicate the permanence and continuity of seeking forgiveness as a characteristic of the righteous. As for Surah Adh-Dhariyat, the expression "they ask forgiveness" (يستغفرون) is used, in the verbal form, for the doers of good, to indicate the renewal of seeking forgiveness during this virtuous time when the Lord descends to the lowest heaven.
